- Feedback submission, voting, and commenting
- Organization and team management
- Feedback categorization and prioritization tools
3. Account Responsibilities
To use our Service, you must be at least 13 years of age. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEEDBACK HOME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES (₹100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
